Viewing guide
Planning international and Nordic viewing
Ask specific questions about language, devices and availability before choosing a subscription for your household.

An international viewing setup should fit the people in your household. Someone may prefer English navigation, another may need Swedish audio, and a visitor may want subtitles. Treat these as separate requirements rather than assuming a regional label covers them all.
Turn a broad preference into a useful request
Tell support where you intend to watch, your device and the languages you need. Distinguish interface language, programme audio and subtitles. If a particular programme or category matters to your decision, ask about its current availability before purchasing; a general illustration or category card is not a catalogue guarantee.
Include the Nordic countries without assuming one uniform market
Be specific about whether you need Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or another language. A page written in English can help you navigate the shop, but it does not establish what audio tracks or subtitles a service carries. Likewise, a country name in marketing does not confirm every channel or event associated with that country.
Confirm the technical route as well
ETV's published setup instructions distinguish its Android Pro app from Xtream access inside a compatible player. That distinction remains relevant regardless of your preferred programme language. An iPad, a television running webOS and an Android box may need different instructions. Source: ETV device and player guidance.

Common questions
Does “Nordic” guarantee a particular channel?
No. Ask about the current selection relevant to your location and access method before buying. Our category artwork is illustrative.
Does an English website mean all programmes are in English?
No. Website navigation and programme languages are different. Ask about audio and subtitles separately.
Should I assume the same setup works when travelling?
No. Confirm availability for the intended location and device before relying on it. Do not treat a working setup in one place as a guarantee elsewhere.
