Privacy policy

This notice describes the information collected through 4ktvplus.com. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

Information you provide

The order form collects your name, email address, country, device, selected plan and privacy acknowledgement. You may also provide a short note. We use this information to review your request, check compatibility, contact you and manage the next steps.

Do not enter payment-card details, passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information. We do not collect card information through this website.

How requests are handled

Submitted requests are stored in our order database. Each request receives a reference so we can identify it during support. Email notifications may be used to notify our team and acknowledge a saved request. An acknowledgement does not mean that payment has been received or service activated.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare provides hosting and the infrastructure for the order form. Technical connection information may be processed to deliver the website and limit abusive submissions. The order service uses a hashed network identifier for rate limiting rather than storing a raw IP address in the order record.

The website has no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The form retains a temporary request identifier in the active page to prevent accidental duplicate submissions. It is not an advertising identifier.

Access and retention

Access to requests is limited to the people and service providers needed to handle them. We do not sell order-request information. We retain information as needed to respond, manage an ongoing customer relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Ask us if you want an abandoned request deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have provided by contacting us from the email used for the request. Some records may need to be retained where required by applicable law. You may contact us without completing the order form.

Changes

We will update this page when our handling of website information changes. Check it before submitting new information.
