4KTV+ / CUSTOMER INFORMATION

# Terms of service

These terms describe how to request a subscription through 4KTV+. Please read them together with our [privacy notice](https://4ktvplus.com/privacy/) and [cancellation information](https://4ktvplus.com/refund-policy/).

## Order requests

Submitting the form asks us to review an order. It does not charge you or automatically activate a service. We will confirm the available service, compatible setup, payment instructions and any applicable conditions in writing before payment.

## Prices and duration

Our one-year plan is US$69.99 for 12 months. Our two-year plan is US$89.99 for 24 months. Prices on this website are in US dollars. The difference between these plans is duration, not the app or access method. Any applicable additional charges must be disclosed before you agree to pay.

The start date, access details and renewal process will be included in your confirmation. This website does not collect card details or enrol you in automatic card billing.

## Devices and availability

Tell us your exact device model and location so we can check compatibility. An app guide is not a guarantee that every device, channel, film or event is supported. Availability can differ by location and change over time. Confirm anything essential to your purchase before paying.

## Use of the service

Use only services and content you are authorised to access, and follow the terms provided with your subscription. Do not resell access, bypass access restrictions or redistribute content without the necessary permission.

## Artwork and product references

Our original genre artwork illustrates viewing interests; it is not a list of available titles. ETV and device names are used to identify products discussed in our guides. 4KTV+ is an independent storefront and does not claim official affiliation with those brands.
